I’m Trang Hubbard, a pharmacist, fertility educator, and IVF mom. I understand the clinical side of medications and treatment—but I also remember what it felt like to sit in the patient’s chair and wonder if I was asking the right questions.
Why I created PharmMom
I created PharmMom Consulting to offer the kind of explanation and reassurance I wish every person had access to. My role is education: helping you understand what you’ve been told, prepare for conversations with your healthcare team, and feel less alone in the process.
